Cycles, Timing, And Wise Decisions
SpeakerI am not an astrologer, but I pay attention to cycles because we live inside systems. And leaders who understand timing make wiser and cleaner decisions.
Eclipse Themes: Identity And Refinement
SpeakerRight now we're in the midpoint between a solar eclipse and a lunar eclipse. The solar eclipse in Aquarius was on February 17th, 2026, and it brought identity into focus. Aquarius asks, are you leading from who you truly are? Or are you maintaining a role that once fit but no longer does? The upcoming lunar eclipse in Virgo on March 3rd, 2026 brings refinement. Virgo asks, where are the systems imprecise? Where are the agreements unclear? Where does devotion need adjustment so that it becomes sustainable? From a Vedic perspective, eclipses are periods when unresolved agreements surface, pressure increases, and what is incomplete becomes visible. Between eclipses, tension rises, not to destabilize you, to clarify you.
Community Energy And Emotional Intensity
SpeakerIn human design, the energy of channel 37-40 is active right now. That energy is about community, reciprocity, sacred agreements, and the balance between work and personal restoration. And beneath that, the emotional intensity is heightened right now. Desire is amplified. The temptation to move impulsively can increase.
Practical Impacts: Tests And Recalibration
SpeakerSo, in practical terms, agreements are being tested, attachments are being exposed, and communities are being recalibrated.
Alyssa Liu’s Mastery And Choice
SpeakerAnd this is where I want to bring in Alyssa Liu, who just won gold for the USA at the Olympics, personally and on her team. Her story is a study in mastery, in love and devotion, and completing what is not aligned so that you can complete what truly matters. Alyssa competed when she was only 16 years old in the 2022 Winter Olympics, and shortly after, she stepped away from competitive skating very quietly without any drama. She exited the structure. She stepped out of the expectations. She left the identity that had formed around her. Not because she failed, but because it no longer felt aligned. She needed space. She needed clarity. She needed to reset her relationship to her craft. She focused
Stepping Away To Realign
Speakeron her education and on her friends and her family and skating simply for the love of skating. And then in 2024, she returned, not to prove that she was the best, not to validate herself, not to chase a specific outcome. She returned simply because she loves ice skating.
Returning For Love, Not Outcome
SpeakerAnd she also won gold with Team USA in the team competition.
The Dance Moves The Dancer
SpeakerAnd it was absolutely incredible to watch her skate because she's a natural, and you can tell that she is just lit up because she loves her craft so much. And you can see that the dance is moving through the dancer, that the music is moving through her, that the elements are alive inside her.

Breathwork To Calm And Clarify
SpeakerSo now let's bring this into the body. Completion activates the nervous system, and when identity shifts, the body can tighten. So I invite you to practice three things this week. First, focus on extending your exhale. So right now, inhale for one, two, three, four, hold, and then exhale for six. And then continue doing that for about three rounds. Just try that once a day. Longer exhales calm the nervous system and restore clarity. And when you hear your own voice doing that long sigh, it tells your nervous system to go into rest and restore.
Reconnect With Craft For Love
SpeakerThe next thing that I invite you to do this coming week is to reconnect with your craft without outcome attached. It might be writing or practicing yoga or training at the gym or playing music or arranging flowers, whatever that is for you. Focus on refining, not for recognition, but for love. So just focus on doing the things in your life from a place of love and devotion, wholeheartedness. And
Journal Prompts For Clean Completions
Speakerthe last thing this week is to journal this question. Either write it down in your journal or just have a conversation with your truest, deepest, highest self. And ask yourself, what am I sustaining that no longer feels reciprocal? And what would a clean completion look like? It doesn't mean that you have to ditch the person, place, or thing. Just reflect on where things do not feel balanced and harmonious and reciprocal. And how can you shift the contract? And how can you internally shift and complete that old way of overgiving so that you feel like things are more balanced? And do not rush the answer. Let clarity rapen. Between eclipses, your true identity refines. And remember, you're always growing and you're always evolving and you're always getting to know who you truly are more and more. And so your identity continuously refines. And between eclipses, agreements evolve. And between eclipses, devotion and what you truly love becomes very clear.
