Welcome And Frequency Update\n

Welcome to the True Self-Mastery Podcast. I am your hostess, Anne Vandywater, and this is your True Self-Mastery Frequency Update. This is a grounded real-time update on the current human design transits, specifically the transits of the sun and the earth, and how these prevailing frequencies are impacting your life, your leadership, and your decision making. Think of this as a leadership weather report. It's not something abstract, it's not something to believe in, but something to observe and be aware of and to work with. Because these frequencies aren't here to control you, they are here to reveal where you are aligned and where you are not. We're talking about universal themes. And when you understand how to work with the frequencies, with the energy, you lead your life with far greater clarity, integrity, and effectiveness. Today is Friday, April 10th, 2026, and we're entering a brand new six-day cycle. Most of the cycles or the transits last six days.

Letting Go Of Moon-Led Work\n

So I've also hosted countless new moon gatherings and new moon activations and full moon activations and gatherings. And it's been a foundational rhythm in my work. And then at the beginning of the last cycle, about six days ago, I received a clear internal response. It actually happened in the middle of the night, kind of in that in between waking and sleeping time when the moon was shining in on me. I got a no about following the moon cycles. A full-body grounded no, not aligned anymore. And I'll be honest, that was shocking because when something has been part of your identity and your leadership for a long time, to feel it complete in a moment requires deep trust. That is gate 51. It's an awakening, it's a call to come into alignment with what is true now. And then comes gate 57, the intuition, the quiet, precise knowing. And the trust it takes to have faith in your intuition. And I also find the timing of this very interesting because while there has been an increasing attention in mainstream culture on returning to the moon through programs like the Artemis program, my guidance was the opposite, to take my focus off of the moon, not from reaction, not from resistance, but from alignment. And I share that because this is what it means to live as your true self. And it doesn't necessarily have to make logical sense. You're not here to follow what everyone else is focused on. You're here to follow what is correct for you. And when it's even when it's different, even when it doesn't make logical sense at first, that is inner authority. That is being self-led. And I followed it. And I had scheduled a new moon activation for April 16th. And I canceled it. I just listened to my inner guidance. And what came through was a deeper alignment with my work and the leaders that I serve, having monthly conscious completion and creation circles. At the end of each month, we gather and we consciously complete the month by celebrating what we created, by reflecting on the challenges and what we learned from the challenges of the month, and to consciously release the last month because it's over, and consciously complete what is no longer aligned. So that we can consciously create what is next. So that we're not our energy is not looping around in the past and what could have been. We just celebrate what it was. We recognize that we learned things and that we also grew and we evolved, and now we have greater clarity about what we want to create in the future. And here is where the synchronicity, the synchronicity becomes undeniable. Because today, as we begin this new cycle, we move into gate 42, completion, and gate 32, what is worth sustaining and growing. So I have been completely aligned, but I had to deeply, deeply trust of the release and the let go and the creation of something new.

So let's go a layer deeper into what these frequencies actually are. Because when we talk about human design, we're also talking about the i Ching hexagrams and the gene keys, which gives us the full spectrum of how these energies express themselves. So human design, the i ching, and the gene keys are all about all of the frequencies, all of the energies in existence on our planet, and all the human beings, and all of life in our cosmos. And we get the full spectrum from the lowest vibrational levels of consciousness to the highest vibrational levels of consciousness and everything in between. So in human design, the 64 gates and in the gene keys, the 64 gene keys, they come directly from the 64 hexagrams of the e ching. These are archetypal patterns of change and energy. So what we're really working with here is not just frequencies, we're working with timing, with cycles, and with the energy of growth and evolution. So gate 42, hexagram 42 is all about increase. It's called increase. It's the gate of growth, the expansion of resources that maximizes the development of full potential. But here's the truth: growth does not come from constant starting and from constant expansion. Growth comes from completion, from allowing a cycle to finish, from extracting the wisdom and from closing the loop in a clean way. And Gene Key 42, the spectrum of the frequencies, the shadow, the challenge is expectation, the gift is detachment, and the city, the superpower, is celebration. Expectation attaches to outcomes. Detachment allows the cycle to naturally unfold. And celebration comes when you fully live and complete the entirety of the experience, which includes releasing and letting go.

Gate 32 Legacy And Discernment\n

Gate 32, hexagram 32 is about duration. Gate 32 is called duration. It's the gate of continuity, and the core truth is all that endures evolves. This gate is about discernment. What is worth sustaining? What has real long-term value? What will actually last? It's full-on legacy. Gene Key 32, the spectrum of the frequencies is the shadow, the challenge is failure. The gift, the higher potential is preservation. And the city is called veneration. Fear of failure can keep you stuck or holding on too tightly. Like what happens if I don't, if I if I go for this thing and it doesn't work out, and then I don't grow and I don't evolve, right? But preservation recognizes what is truly valuable, no matter what. Even if you fumble and stumble, you're gonna grow, you're gonna learn something. It's gonna help you to evolve, it's gonna help you to create a better current moment and a better future. And veneration is all about deep reverence for what is actually worth carrying forward. This is not worth carrying forward. We're gonna release and let it go. This is worth sustaining and preserving. This is worth creating. So let's bring this all together. Gate 42 is asking you over the next six days, what is complete? What do you not want to carry forward? Because it's not aligned. Gate 32 is asking, what is worth continuing? What is worth preserving? What's aligned with your legacy? This is the leadership equation. Not doing more, not chasing more, but refining and distilling, completing what is no longer aligned and investing your energy and what truly matters now. And this is exactly what I moved through the completion of the lunar cycle work. Not because it was wrong. There's still tons of people. You might be so into new moon and full moon work and more power to you. It's awesome. You're following your inner guidance. But for me, it's like, nope. With that, we are complete. The completion of the lunar cycle work. And the clarity of what is now worth sustaining, these monthly conscious completion and creation circles.

A Six-Day Map For Action\n

So now let's walk through how this unfolds over the next six days. So today, Friday, is a line one. It's about the foundation. This is a day for honesty. I'm being really honest right now, right? For going inward, for asking yourself what is actually true? Tomorrow, Saturday, line two, natural alignment. What feels easy? What is already working? And then what no longer feels natural. Sunday, line three, experimentation. You will see what is not working. The breakdowns bring awareness. Monday, line four, this is integration through relationships, having conversations that matter. And also knowing what to complete in your relationships, what ways of being. And what do you want to sustain in your relationships? Tuesday is line five. It's all about leadership. What are you going to do about what you see now? This is implementation. This is about being the change you want to see. And Wednesday is line six. Vision, the bigger picture. What are you building? What is your legacy? This is a full progression, foundation, alignment, experimentation, integration, leadership, and vision when it comes to conscious completion and conscious creation.

Grounding Practice And Live Invitation

And I want to reflect something important. Every single one of my private sessions this past week carried the exact frequency. There were big awakenings, there was massive intuitive clarity, and I brought just about everyone through conscious completion work. This is the field we're in. So I want to bring you back to yourself. Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly. Take a deep breath in through your nose. And sigh it out. And breathe in again. And sigh and release. And one more time, deep breath in. And exhale. And now ask yourself: where have you experienced a wake-up call over the past week? What has your intuition been telling you over the past week? And now over the next six days, what is ready to be completed? And what is worth continuing? Let these questions guide you over the next six days.
