Welcome to the True Self Mastery Podcast. I am your hostess, Anne Vandywater, and this is your current frequency transmission through the lens of the eaching hexagrams, human design gates, gene keys, and the prevailing current transits of cosmic frequencies that are flowing through us right now. This is way beyond astrology. And I want to begin here because this matters. This work is a synthesis. It's a combination of many systems that I have studied deeply over the years and that are foundational within the human design system. This includes Western and Eastern astrology, the Iching, the Chakra and Meridian systems, the mystical Kabbalah, the Tree of Life, quantum physics, epigenetics, DNA, and the genetic codes that live within us. It also includes the NASA science-based understanding of the neutrino field, the constant stream of subatomic particles that are moving through us at all times, carrying information. So when I speak about these frequencies, I'm not speaking metaphorically. I'm speaking about a living, intelligent field of energy and information that is literally moving through your body, your consciousness, and your life. These transits are based on what is currently happening between the sun and the earth, primarily. The sun is the center of our solar system. It's constantly beaming light, energy, and information towards us. I like to call it the light codes. And in this system, the conscious sun represents the primary frequency that is being transmitted into our awareness. What is being illuminated, what is asking to be expressed. And then we have the conscious earth. The earth is where we live, and it is what grounds that light. That's what's happening here on planet Earth. And in the background field, through the nodes of the moon, which has to do with what we have mastered as humanity and what we are moving towards as humanity and also as light workers, we've got the south node, what we have mastered, is I Ching Hexagram Human Design Gate Gene Key 40. And in this north node, what we are here to master and move towards as humans right now is I Ching Hexagram Human Design Gate Gene Key 37. So the 37 is the frequency of community, reciprocity, shared values, sacred agreements, devotion, and belonging. That is what we are moving towards as a human tribe. And what we have mastered, but what we have to continue to maintain at a deep level is the 40, which is about sacred selfishness. It's about making sure that you take care of yourself, making sure that when you give, you are also being thanked for that. You're receiving what you need for what you give so that there is reciprocity. Otherwise, you'll say, I'm gonna go be by myself. So this is a very powerful moment because eaching hexagram, human design gate, gene key one is the creative force. It's the beginning. It's the creative force of existence. And Iching Hexagram Human Design Gate, Gene Key 2, is the receptive force. So it's the creative spark and the sacred vessel. It is the divine masculine and the divine feminine. You can think of it as the sperm and the egg, the light being beamed down from the sun and the earth receiving it and grounding it and turning it into life. This is the cosmic dance of creation. So let's talk more about the creative force. This is pure creative life force energy. That's what's being beamed down from father-son right now. At the shadow frequency, in the gene keys, this can feel like entropy, a sense of dullness or creative stagnation or having creative blocks. At the gift frequency, it becomes freshness, new ideas, new life, new energy moving through you. And at its highest expression, it is the superpower, the city of beauty, being a beauty giver, the embodiment of your true authentic expression, the most beautiful thing that you as an individual can create. And it's not about performance or perfection or getting everything just totally buttoned up. It's about allowing what is already within you to move through you and to be creatively expressed through you. And then the grounding force is the receptive. This is the direction of the self. It's about direction, it's about being direct, it's about knowing I know who I am and I know why I'm here and I know what matters. And so I am going to move in this direction. I'm going to receive myself. This is pure receptivity. This is the sacred feminine principle. And this is deeply personal for me because I carry this. I carry the two as my conscious Mercury, which is my message. So you always hear me giving you clear direction. And the the clear direction is know, embody, love, and trust your true self. Live, love, lead as example, as a living example of being your truest authentic self, so that you have no regrets in your life. So this is my message to you. And then it's the two is also my conscious Saturn. And Saturn is the strict disciplinarian of the universe. Saturn wants to make sure that you are on the right path, moving in the right direction, aligned with your true self. So this is my mastery, also. It's hey kids, let's get on path, let's align with our true self and let's move in that direction so that we know that we're showing up as our true selves. So I know this, what I know to be true is that direction never comes from forcing things, it comes from alignment, from listening, from tuning into yourself and being deeply attuned to what is true for you. And as leaders, this is everything. The old paradigm that is dying at the end of this 400-year era that we're in. We're at the end of a 400-year era. It was about force, and we're all sick of it. The new paradigm that we're moving into, the official start, but we're already in it, is February of 2027, is all about alignment and it's about showing up in your own personal sovereignty. It's about, I know who I am and I know why I'm here, and I know what matters. It's the end of outsourcing your power, your direction, your wisdom to anybody, and it's about taking 100% responsibility for yourself and for the direction that you're moving in in your life. So it's the end of chasing things, it's the end of please tell me what to do and where to go. That's all over. The the outsourcing of power to other leaders, to teachers, to anybody who is here telling you what you should do and how you should be, it's coming to an end. We're all over that, we're sick of it, and we are here to align with our true self. And when we align with our true selves, we meet our true selves and we can feel it at a deep, deep level. So here is a real world reflection. Did you watch the Kentucky Derby the other day? It was amazing. The Kentucky Derby has been running since 1875. And so it's been 152 years, and 152 years of this race, there's never been a female trainer with a winning horse. And this year that change. So she had a conscious completion of being in the background, right? As a conscious supporter, and she consciously completed that part of her life, and she consciously created this new chapter, she of being a trainer, and so she completed one identity and she stepped into another, and that took tremendous courage, took tremendous guts, and she had to work her booty off, and she did, and that is what led her to having the number one horse, and what moved me was not just the win, because the horse was in last place, and then came just supercharged and won. And so I saw that, and I saw her, but it wasn't until the next day where I saw videos of her and what she was doing during the race, and she was rooting for Jose Ortiz, who was riding Golden Tempo, but she was jumping up and down, she was rooting, she had so much enthusiasm, she had so much joy, she was wholehearted 100%, no indifference, even when he was in last place, just like cheering and cheering this horse and Jose, who was riding Golden Tempo on. It was pure embodiment of her mastery, and that is I Ching Hexagram, Human Design Gate, Gene Key One. It is the creative life force energy, and then it's also I Ching Hexagram, Human Design Gate, and Gene Key Two about fully embodying the creative life force energy and fully expressing it, and then her ability to receive that moment, to hold it, to be in it, to allow it, to integrate as the divine feminine, the ability to receive, to trust, to be in alignment, and to allow life to meet her. And it was just so powerful to witness. So here's something that personally happened for me yesterday. This is life force energy in real time. Yesterday we had our dear friends over for brunch, and they brought their three-year-old and their their newborn, and there's nothing like being in the presence of that kind of life force. The joy, the spontaneity, the pure unfiltered creative energy just lit up, and that's the creative force. And what I noticed in myself was my ability to receive it. She wanted to play the piano with me. She wanted to walk around everywhere that I was going, and she wanted me to hold her, and she wanted to me to show her pictures, and she was just so enthusiastic and wholeheartedly lit up about life. And I slowed down, I got really present with her, and I let that creative life force energy move through me. That is the grounding force, and this is the dance that we're in right now. So let's remember for quite a while now we've had this background field of the north and the south nodes of the moon. I Ching Hexagram, Human Design Gate, Gene Key 37, and I Ching Hexagram, Human Design Gate, and Gene Key 40. This is the frequency of community, and this is where we are moving right now in general, but I feel like it's going to be the massive thing that we are going to see more and more and more of is this deep, deep need for community and for gathering together and for creating a symphony together where we are all expressing our own unique creative life force energy and embodying it and expressing it and living it and then putting it all together so that we have these incredible communities where everybody's individual unique gifts are celebrated, but that together we are creating something extraordinary. So this frequency of community right now is about belonging, sacred agreements, and reciprocity. It's about how we show up for one another, how we love and support each other, how we build our lives together. Because this is not a solo journey, this is a collective. So I'm especially passionate about this time right now, and I hold codes for the old paradigm that is coming to a close. I hold the codes for the bridge to bridge the old with the new, and I hold the codes for the new paradigm that we're we're working in. And I really do feel like the thing that is most important for us to maintain is the community and being in the presence of mutual love and support and reciprocity with shared values, where everyone is valued as a special, unique giver of love and light and beauty and creative life force energy. So let me walk you through how this is going to play out in our lives day by day. So yesterday was the first day of this six-day cycle. Yesterday was Sunday, May 3rd, and it was a line one frequency all about the foundation. Yesterday was about grounding into eaching hexagram human design gate gene key one as your creative essence and grounding that eaching hexagram human design gate gene key two as your inner direction. It was about slowing down enough to feel what is true for you and what is aligned for you, and what you're lit up and excited to create before you create. Today is Monday, May 4th. We are in a line two. This is the natural expression of the one and the two, the I Ching hexagram, human design gate, and gene key one and two. This is where your creativity begins to flow more effortlessly, where you're just like, I'm a natural at this. This is what I want to create. It's it's easy for me, it's just you're natural. And it's about moving from this inner stirring that you have into natural expression, and then it's about guiding that expression without forcing it or trying to micromanage the creative spark. It's not about trying, it's about allowing, it's about trusting what is already within you and then letting it emerge. Tomorrow is Tuesday, May 5th. It's a line three. This is where we get into having direct experiments and experiences. One of my favorite things about being with my three-year-old friend yesterday is that she is a line three. And I had just done a human design reading for her, and I was like, Oh, she's got the line three. And I I told her parents, she has to experiment, she has to have actual experiences in order to learn things. You're never gonna be able to tell her you should do this or you should do that. She's she's going to be like, What if? I'm gonna go live my life and figure stuff out, and that was exactly what it was like to be around her, it was incredible. So the lie. Line three sometimes gets a gets some flack because people will say, Well, that didn't work out so well, that experiment, that experience, but the line three is about I always learn. I learn from my experiences. You try things, you create, you move energy, you continue to guide direction through being aligned. It's all about trial and error and refinement through experience. And this is very important right now because this new era that we're moving into, it's all about being the role model, it's about embodying things, it's not about teaching, it's about you have to actually do. That's actually the way you learn. And so on Tuesday, tomorrow, it's like, hey, fumbling and stumbling. I learned something. Wednesday, May 6th is a line four. Now your perfect self-expression begins to connect. It shares your, it's about sharing your creative gifts outwardly with people, places, and things. It's about you moving in the direction with your creative expression where you're aligning with the right people, places, and things. It's about bringing your creative energy and starting to impact the collective with it. And then Thursday, May 7th is a line five day. This is about being a leader. This is leadership. It's where you make your creative expression visible. You put it out there, you share it, you get on your soapbox, you sing, you dance, you write, whatever it is that you do, you put it out there, you lead by example, and you hold the direction. You are the steward, you are the custodian of the creative force. That is what it is to be the receptive, the receptive. You are actually holding the frequency frequency, and this is where others really feel you, where you're seen as a leader. And the invitation is always to stay rooted in your truth because that is the greatest example that you can show everybody in existence. And then Friday, May 8th is line six. It is the last day of this one and two frequency, and it's all about vision. It's where the creative expression becomes wisdom after you've ridden the whole arc of all of the energies. You're like, oh, this is actually a core part of who I am. You really know who you are as a creator, and then with that too, it's about this deep trust in your life's direction. You're like, okay, I really just went through trial and error. I shared some stuff, I led by example, I got grounded, I'm following what's passionate with my creative expression, and now I know this is where I'm heading with it. So this is where you can step back and you can see the full picture and integrate everything. So this is a powerful moment. We are being asked to create from truth and from passion and from what you really love, and doing it wholeheartedly and making sure that whatever you're creating, you're enthusiastic about it, knowing that there's always going to be fumbles and stumbles and some chaos at the beginning. It's just natural, right? But that you will innovate, you will try new things, you will learn new ways, and you will return back to that state of innocence as a creator. Your creations will become very purpose-driven and values-driven. And then it's about receiving from alignment. I always say we have to till the soil so that the star seeds of inspiration have a place to land. So that's what we're here as human beings. We have to take care of our bodies, minds, hearts, souls, and spirits. We have to clear the stress and tension. We have to heal and harmonize ourselves so that we can actually receive the creative life force energy and then consciously create. This is the art and practice of living, loving, and leading well as your true self and shaking, shaping your legacy from that place. I just said shaking. It's like our legacy should make us shake. This is our mission. So let's take a moment here and just breathe in and exhale and say, huh, and ask yourself, what is ready to be created through you right now? And what are you willing to receive? The support you need, the love you need, the creative life force energy to direct your life. And as always, this this too is about be direct. Direct yourself, be direct, speak the truth, be direct with people so there's no confusion. It's when we're not direct, it's when we're not directing ourselves and we're not being direct with others that it's like, where are you going and what are you doing? And let me tell you, on planet earth right now, we all need to have a clear direction because there is so much chaos going on because we're birthing a new way of being here on planet earth. The old way of being is falling apart, and if you don't have that clarity about your purpose and your values and your message and your vision, it is really easy to get sloshed around. So we will be consciously completing the month of May and then intentionally stepping into what we are creating next during June, supported by the current frequencies and held in community.
