Welcome to the True Self Mastery Podcast. I am your hostess, Ann Vandywater, and we are here to explore the art and practice of living, loving, and leading well as your true self. As you can hear, my voice is a little bit raspy. It sounds a little bit sexy. I've had some weird tickle in my throat, and so I've been coughing a little bit. So you get to hear a different version of my voice today.

The Current Human Design Frequency

Today we are diving into the current human design frequency field, which is anchored by the conscious sun in gate 45 and the conscious earth in gate 26. Supporting this entire six-day cycle are the background frequencies of gate 55 and gate 59. Together, these four archetypes create a profound exploration of leadership, stewardship, influence, prosperity, spirit, intimacy, and the evolution of human consciousness itself. As always, I invite you to listen not only with your mind, but also your body, your intuition, your emotions, and your own personal lived experience. Notice what resonates, notice what activates, and notice what invites deeper contemplation. Because these frequencies are not merely concepts, they are living energetic patterns moving through all of us right now.

Gate 45 And The Call To Gather

So let's contemplate the main frequencies. The conscious sun is currently illuminating gate 45. In human design, this is known as the gate of the gatherer. In the gene keys, gene key 45 moves from the shadow of dominance to the gift of synergy and ultimately to the Sidi or superpower of communion. And in the I Ching, hexagram 45 is called gathering together. And because all of this is in the conscious sun, it means that 70% of the energy of the planet is resonating with this gathering together, energetic. And these are the light codes that are being beamed down to us right now from our solar sun. This ancient teaching about gathering together reminds us that human beings are not designed to thrive in isolation. We're designed to gather and to collaborate and to contribute, to create something together that none of us could create alone. For example, this coming Saturday, I am going to be giving the gift of three human design workshops and discounts off of human design readings, and I'll be gifting a few free human design true self-mastery reading as part of a beautiful collaboration that is a philanthropic venture to give our time, our energy, our services to support the Santa Barbara Birth Center where they do incredible, magical kind of hybrid between not a home birth, because you're not at home, you're at a birth center, but it's not a hospital where you have a different kind of experience. So the Santa Barbara Birth Center is a beautiful organization that was created by a dear childhood friend named Laurel Phillips, and a whole crew of us are gathering together to create a beautiful offering for 30 wonderful women, and we will all be bringing our unique gifts and sharing and collaborating and contributing, and then all of the proceeds will be gifted to the Santa Barbara Birth Center. So it's the perfect time, right? Because the 45 is happening right now. So the central question of this frequency is what are you gathering around? Are you gathering around fear or control, power, scarcity, or are you gathering around truth and service and love, contribution, and shared purpose? At the shadow frequency, leadership becomes domination, resources become territorial, and power becomes control. At the gift frequency, leadership becomes stewardship, resources become tools for collective flourishing. And the highest expression of this frequency is communion, where all sense of separation dissolves and we recognize that we're part of something infinitely larger

Gate 26 Integrity Over Control

than ourselves. Grounding this experience is gate 26 in the conscious earth. So the earth, and we as earthlings are here to receive these light codes from the sun that I was just sharing about with you. And gate 26 is how we do that. So in human design, this is often called the gate of the influencer, the sacred salesperson, or the gate of integrity. In the Jin Keys, Jing Qi 26 moves from pride to artfulness to invisibility, and its corresponding I Qing archetype is hexagram 26, the taming power of the great. This is one of the great teachings of self-mastery. And the message is simple. Before you can influence others, you must learn to influence yourself. Before you can lead others, you must learn to lead yourself. Before you can steward power, you must become trustworthy. Before you can lead others, you must cultivate integrity. And the great power described in this hexagram is not power over others, it's power over your own impulses, fears, conditioning, reactions, and ego. At the shadow frequency, influence becomes manipulation. At the gift frequency, influence becomes service. And its highest expression, the individual, becomes nearly invisible because the truth itself shines through unobstructed. And I spoke on this today. I did it several times today, where I took a stand for the truth. I was taking a stand for integrity. And I was taking a stand for the community, for the neighborhood, for the family. And in order to truly take a stand for a community that's gathering together, you have to check yourself. You have to make sure that you're speaking the truth. You have to make sure that you're coming from a place of integrity and that you're not trying to be the boss. You're trying to create a community where truth is honored and where goodness and integrity is honored. So together, gates forty-five and twenty-six create a powerful question. What if you've been entrusted to Steward? And how can you communicate its value and service to the greater good?

Gate 55 Abundance As An Inner State

So meanwhile, for a while now, we have had these background frequencies going on, supporting this entire six-day arc, are the background frequencies of gate fifty-five and gate fifty-nine. These create a larger evolutionary environment through which all of the other themes are unfolding. Gate 55 is known as the gate of spirit. In the gene keys, gene key 55 moves from victimization to freedom to freedom beyond all conditions. Its I Ching archetype is hexagram 55, which is called abundance. And the deeper teaching of abundance is often misunderstood. Most people think abundance is something that arrives after conditions improve, after more money appears, or after the right relationship arrives, or after life finally works out. But hexagram 55 teaches the opposite. Abundance is first an internal state. Abundance is a frequency, it's a way of relating to life. It's the recognition that life itself is overflowing with possibility, creativity, beauty, mystery, and support. And the great question of gate 55 is: can you remain connected to spirit regardless of external conditions? Can you trust life enough to remain open-hearted during uncertainty? And can you experience freedom before circumstances provide evidence of freedom? This is one of the most important evolutionary frequencies of our time. Supporting this

Gate 59 Intimacy And Transparency

is gate 59. In human design, it's known as the gate of intimacy. In the gene keys, gene key 59 moves from dishonesty to intimacy to transparency. Its eaching archetype is hexagram 59 dispersion or dissolving. And the image is one of barriers melting away and walls dissolving and distance disappearing. This frequency dissolves separation and it invites authenticity, emotional honesty, and vulnerability. It invites genuine human connection. So the question it asks is simple: what barriers are ready to dissolve so that greater intimacy can emerge? So together, gates 55 and 59 remind us that prosperity without intimacy is empty. And leadership without spirit becomes domination. An influence with authenticity becomes manipulation. The future is not asking us to become more powerful. The future is asking us to become more authentic, more emotionally mature, more spiritually connected, and more deeply human. In one of my conversations that I was having today, I was so deeply riveted by the truth that I was speaking and what I was claiming and what I was asking for with a very clear boundary, I started to cry because I felt it so deeply. Even though it was in a somewhat of a business interaction, because when you care deeply and you show up authentically and transparently, you're going to be stripped down. And we all better embrace this because as we move into the new era in February of 2027, which we already feel, we're moving into 400 years that's all about emotional authority. Emotions and being able to be present with emotions and to be able to claim

The Six Day Arc Line By Line

your emotions are going to be the gold standard. So here we are on this six-day journey. We're on day three. Even though I never ever have physical stuff going on, rarely, rarely, I'm pretty darn fit as a fiddle. Sometimes I go through a weird little thing, like this tickle in the in my throat. So Monday, June 8th was line one of this transit, this cycle. All about the foundation. Every meaningful structure begins with a foundation. And so the first line of hexagram 45 asks us to examine what already exists, what resources are already available, what opportunities have already arrived, and what relationships have already been entrusted to your care. Line one reminds us that stewardship begins with awareness. And before we can gather others, we must first recognize what has already been gathered. The wisdom of hexagram 26 reminds us that true power begins with self-discipline and self-responsibility. So Monday, June 8th was a day for taking inventory. It was a day for grounding, a day for recognizing the abundance that may already exist around you. Yesterday, Tuesday, June 9th, was a line two day, all about natural gifts. Line two is the line of natural talent. Yesterday asked you what gifts flow naturally through you? What wisdom do others consistently seek from you? What contribution are you uniquely designed to make? And the frequency of gathering together reminds us that every community needs diverse gifts. The frequency of abundance reminds us that our natural gifts are part of life's generosity. So it was a day to honor your innate strengths, not with pride, but with gratitude. This is where we are today. Line three learns through trial and error, through direct experience, through falling down and getting back up. So today may reveal places where leadership has become control or where fear has prevented leadership altogether. It may reveal places where influence has become persuasion or where truth has been withheld. Line three teaches us that mastery is not created through perfection. Mastery is created through participation. Every mistake contains wisdom. Every challenge contains refinement, and every experience contains a lesson. Trust is what is being revealed. Trust the process. Trust the refinement. And tomorrow, Thursday, June 11th, is a line four day all about community and connection. Line four turns outward. The focus shifts towards relationships, community, networks, and opportunities. Hexagram 45 becomes especially powerful here. Gathering together, community, shared purpose, collective contribution. And gate 59 dissolves the barriers. Gate 55 invites emotional openness. So it's an excellent day for collaboration, conversation, teaching, networking, friendship, support. And the question becomes: what can we create together that none of us could create alone? Friday, June 12th is a line five day all about leadership and responsibility. Line five carries influence, visibility, and impact. Others may naturally look to you for guidance. And this day often amplifies themes of leadership and responsibility. Can you hold influence without needing to control? Can you communicate value without manipulation? Can you lead through service? Can you become trustworthy enough to steward greater responsibility? This is the great teaching of hexagram 26, the taming power of the great. The greater the power, the greater the responsibility. The greater the influence, the greater the need for integrity. Legacy Thinking And Impact Driven Giving

day of the six-day journey is Saturday, June thirteenth. Line six, all about vision and legacy. Line six rises above the immediate circumstances and sees the larger pattern. It asks, what are you building? Why does what you're building matter? Who benefits? What legacy are you creating? I had a powerful conversation today with one of my amazing clients who had an incredible, highly successful career, but quote unquote retired four years ago. I always say, don't retire, re-inspire, and has been facing the challenge of not being inspired at times during the rein the retirement. And so I was talking with my client today, and they said that they found the thing that is lighting them up right now. And my client is now a philanthropist. That's the the full focus of their work in the world is philanthropy. And historically, there's this thing with philanthropy where it's like, well, this is what we did. We we provided 30 lunches, or we provided 30 gift bags, or whatever it is, but oftentimes. There is not a focus on the impact, and that is what my client is so devoted to is the actual impact. What impact did those gift bags have? What impact did those lunches have? And what is the the benefit of it? What is the impact of it? Why does it matter? So hexagram 45 asks us to consider the future of the community. Hexagram 55 asks us to dress the unfolding of spirit. And hexagram 59 reminds us that authentic connection is what ultimately endures. So line six invites this higher perspective, wisdom, long-term vision, and service to something larger than ourselves and the impact

Bridging To The 2027 Emotional Era

on future generations. So one of the reasons that these frequencies are especially meaningful to me is because I carry both the 55 and the 59 in my own design. I have come to see these frequencies as they're called bridging traits. And so they are bridges, they're bridging energies between the era that humanity is completing and the new era that begins in mid-February of 2027. It's the emergence of the sovereign individual, a movement away from external authority toward inner authority, a movement away from conformity toward authenticity, a movement away from collective conditioning toward individual truth. Gate 55 and gate 59 help prepare us for that transition. They invite emotional maturity, spiritual freedom, authentic connection, transparency and a deeper trust in ourselves and our true self and in life itself. So as you move through the remainder of this six-day arc, I invite you to contemplate these questions. What are you being called to steward? And how are you using your influence? Where are you being invited to trust spirit more deeply? And where are you being invited into greater authenticity and intimacy? What kind of leader are you becoming? Because ultimately, leadership is not a status. It's not about status. Stewardship is not about ownership. Influence is not about manipulation, and prosperity is not about accumulation. The deeper invitation is to become a trustworthy vessel for the gifts, opportunities, wisdom, relationships and responsibilities that life has placed in your care.
